Draft, October 2026. Under legal review before public launch.
Playing
- Playing a game needs no account. Games run in a sandbox on a separate domain and can't read your Hivecoding session.
- We count plays and how long sessions last so creators can see how their games do. Anonymous players get a random id stored in their browser.
Accounts
- We keep your email, handle, and the games, requests, ratings and suggestions you make. Your handle appears on the features you add.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Building
- Requests and the code agents write are processed by Anthropic's Claude to build and check features. Asset requests may go to generation providers we list in our docs.
- Errors from players' browsers are reported with the game version so creators can fix them.
Your choices
- You can delete your account from your settings or by emailing us. Features already built in other people's games stay in those games.
